The popular Carmel Ballroom features wraparound northwest views of the valley with access to our patio for a closer look. It offers swanky crystal chandeliers, glowing wall sconces, a dance floor and chiffon swap drapery. Accommodating 80 to 100 guests, the Carmel Ballroom is best for weddings, birthdays, holiday parties, cocktail hour and sit-down dinners.
The dignified Grand Ballroom is our largest event space, featuring northeast, floor-to-ceiling views of San Gabriel Valley’s rolling hills, sprawling city and towering trees. It offers elegant decor, including dark woods, recessed ceilings, cove lighting, crown molding, wall sconces and sparkling chandeliers. Accommodating 150 to 200 guests, the Grand Ballroom is perfect for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, large corporate events and sit-down dinner
The charming Monterey Ballroom features breathtaking northwest views of the surrounding valley and vegetation. It offers an intimate and serene ambiance with warm wood trim, natural stone walls, recessed ceilings, and gilded chandeliers. Accommodating 100 to 150 guests, the Monterey Ballroom is ideal for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, cocktail hour, and sit-down dinners

The unique and semi-private Upper and Lower Dining Rooms feature 180-degree views of the valley, dark woods, warm tone accents, original oil paintings and glamorous chandeliers. Accommodating 20 to 30 guests, the Upper and Lower Dining Rooms are perfect for small dinners, business meetings, intimate weddings as well as bridal and baby showers.
